For instance, I bought a health insurance plan from Oxford United Health Care, which costs $3,580 per month. When I told Julia, she said this is too expensive. She helped me cancel that one and recommended Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield Direct HMO to me, which costs $2,059 per month. Once my son was ill and had to stay at the hospital for 4 days. It was a total $16,000 for that treatment, but we only paid $500 and the insurance company covered the rest of the bill. It was also used for my son’s eye surgery this April. In the beginning of October 2010, Andrew became ill because he couldn’t adapt quickly to the new life in here. Everybody was a stranger. He couldn’t understand what people saying. He felt depressed and lonely everyday, eventually, he got sick. I was so worried. I was afraid of taking my son to the hospital by myself because my poor English prevents me from communicating with doctors fluently. I called Julia for help.
